How do I start my first journal?

After signing up, click 'Start New Journal' from your dashboard. You'll choose whether it's for yourself or a gift, then begin receiving prompts on your preferred schedule.

How does gifting work?

When you gift a journal, the recipient receives prompts via magic link directly to their email. They don't need to create an account—just click and answer.

Can I change my prompt schedule?

Premium subscribers can adjust their schedule anytime from the dashboard. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly delivery.

How do I order a printed book?

Once you've answered prompts, you can order a printed book from your dashboard. We handle printing and shipping directly to you or your recipient.

Can I edit my answers after submitting?

Yes! You can edit any of your answers from your digital book view before ordering a print.

What if I miss a prompt?

No worries—prompts don't expire. Answer them whenever you're ready. Your book will include all answered prompts regardless of when you completed them.
